# What makes a good AI LMS for training companies?

Quick heads up, I work at Blend-ed. Putting that out there so no one feels misled. Just want to hear what people in the space think.
We talk to a lot of training companies and most of them say the same thing. Most LMS tools are built for HR teams running internal training. But training companies sell courses to other businesses. The needs are not the same.
Curious what others here think. If you run a training company or work with one, what do you actually need from an LMS that most tools don't give you?
Some stuff that keeps coming up in our chats:
Running cohort batches and self paced courses in one place. Most tools do one or the other.
Certificates that actually count. If you issue ISO, TÜV, IRCA or CME credits, the platform has to support that properly.
AI that helps build real technical courses. Not just blog style content.
Sub portals for big clients who want their own branded training space.
What else would you add to this list? And if you are looking at options right now like Blend-ed, LearnWorlds, Thinkific Plus, Litmos or Docebo, what is actually helping you decide?
