Once you learn all the different commands it's very easy to find the information you're looking for

**What do you dislike about Blacknight Solutions?**

It does take a while to learn all the different commands

**Recommendations to others considering Blacknight Solutions:**

Just getting used to having to learn all the commands to not have to always use a guidebook to be able to use the application

**What problems is Blacknight Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to always locate archived detailed records on loan history without having to subcontract out to other departments

**What do you like best about Blacknight Solutions?**

The hosting packages offer excellent value. You can host several domains at a low cost. Support is good when you have an issue. Domain reg prices are very competitive.

**What do you dislike about Blacknight Solutions?**

The interface on the hosting panel is not intuitive and it can be quite hard to remember what steps are needed to complete various tasks. DNS changes and the hosted/registered domain areas overlap too much creating confusion.

**What problems is Blacknight Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheap hosting and cheap domain registration.

Excellent customer services with instant chat with support and sales staff

**What do you dislike about Blacknight Solutions?**

I don't have any major issue with their services. Only issue is SSL certs are expensive compared to US hosting providers.

**Recommendations to others considering Blacknight Solutions:**

If you need hosting in Europe, they are a great choice.

**What problems is Blacknight Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my hosting needs. Excellent technical support when needed. Not having to wait two days for a response.
