I appreciate that Raiser's Edge is capable of tracking multiple aspects of our constituents. Being a private high school, we have current students, alumnae, their parents, plus donors not necessarily affiliated with those groupings. We can track the alum school information so we can drill down to specific years for current parents or alumnae. Tracking organizations separately from individuals is also key so we can track our corporate sponsors and other groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest negative I have is the cost. While we have a package, it is still costly for being a private school. Additionally, for things like the events module or tribute module, those are all extras and not necessarily inexpensive but yet necessary for many non-profits. Finding affordable plug-ins that work well with Raiser's Edge is not always easy, either, like a good texting platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
