Super easy to use, little to no glitches, fast responding CS team

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

Have had 1 glitch in the last 3 years, where every time I logged in, I had to forget password. The CS team didn't really have a solution for me for weeks, until they finally fixed it.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoice management and handling 90% of our invoice AP. The remaining amount is usually financed through another tool.

BILL is solving all my AP issues. I can quickly manage and plan my payables, and get the invoice information needed for my teams.

Easy to use and a lot of vendors use it.

It does not sync well with Sage Intacct owner defined fields.  We need to hand enter project codes and department which is more work that we want to do.

I love that BILL allows us to send directly to our bill account from our email and also has Ai assist to automatically enter bills for review. This helps make our entering process easier.

There is not much I can say I dislike about this platform.

BILL helps us keep track of our outstanding bills and also to track BILLs that have been paid.

It's simple to use, making it easy to get set up quickly. For a business that is just starting out, this helps you get up and running without any hassle.

The product is missing more advanced features, such as usage-based billing. It struggles to manage complex billing scenarios effectively. Additionally, integrating it with other systems feels cumbersome and demands frequent, hands-on maintenance.

Billing.

Bill saves us a lot of time. Data entry, review, approval, making changes, etc., are all streamlined within Bill.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

Sometimes, when I change a grant code, it doesn't take. I'm not sure why, but I then need to go back in and change it again.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill links directly to Sage Intacct.  This allows me to go directly to a bill with minimum fuss.

It saves time and is convenient.  They have excellent customer service and you actually have a phone number that you can talk to a live expert

I haven't found much, sometimes I have sync issues.  Also I wish that it would upload invoices to quickbooks when it syncs over but I have to manually add it

The approval routings and controls were very easy to set up and flexible to use. The ability to sync on demand to our ERP.

Invoice PDF attachments from Bill did not sync to our ERP. This was a huge time waster. Also the cost kept going up.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

My favorite part about bill.com is that the whole team can contribute to processing invoices with the shared inbox. I also love the auto scan feature, it cuts the entering of invoices almost in half. I like how the customer support team is always ready to help if I run into any issues.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

My least favorite part about bill.com is that I get logged out of my account after 10 minutes without clicking on anything new. For someone who spends a lot of my day on the bill.com platform i feel like I am constantly having to log back in with 2FA.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bill.com compiles all of our invoices and allows for simple cash forecasting. We can see everything that is due that week and are able to communicate our cashflow with executives at any time.

Pretty easy, does not handle exceptions well.  I have to talk to a person to make sure bills are not double synced when i should be able to do this myself.

the approval process is not good.  The payer can pay before the approver approves which makes the whole thing kind of useless

Vendors credits does not shows with open bills to pay, so we forgot sometimes to apply the CM

Control of AP, as a small company is really easy to loose track when you have more than 100 active vendors, without bill.com we surely will have done double payments or missing invoices to pay

I like it's ease of use and ability to process payments.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

When reviewing a vendor, we some times do not see payments that were made or existing invoices that were paid out.  This creates confusion.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We for the most part have eliminated most of our AP/AR staff since the software takes a lot of the time allocation out of those tasks.

Bill.com allows us to easily maintain our AP systems in order, keep track of invoices and payments and serves as an easy way to track payments at the vendor level

I would like to be able to track payments by month more easily and to customize data reports more easily (add and subtract columns)

The main use in our company is to consolidate the invoices we receive, and with Bill we can have all the relevant information in one platform, allowing us to make payments quickly and easily.

It’s a really helpful system. It lets us process invoices faster, keeps a backup of every record we make, and can be synced with other accounting systems. At the moment, we use the system every day to process bills, and I’ve never had any problems.

At the moment, I don’t have any problems with Bill.

There isn't anything I like about this service.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

This service collected a $50 fee instant payment fee without authorization. Moreover, they are charging for expedited service, but can't guarantee delivery time. This is absurd. I've spent 37 minutes on a support call where 2 representatives were incapable of resolving the issue, and could only place me on long holds.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

2 customers have used this service, and we've had a terrible experience both times. We will no longer accept customer payments from this service.

We only use BILL AP and find it really easy to use and the service is affordable

Sometimes the system changes the payment method for our vendors from ACH to card, even though we have not selected that option

Issuing all our pymts via direct deposit or wire from one system and synching the pymts into our accounting system.

The system is very easy to use for any members of the company to route bills for approval. It is very easy to get bills into the system and integrates very well with Quickbooks.  It makes it very easy to view and control our accounts payable weekly and pay at a click of a button to make payments all over the world.

The inbox needs to function like a normal email inbox where you can email back a vendor with ?'s about their invoice.  Also, too many times features go away, come back, and go away with no explanation.  Currently the vendor search button has been broken, mostly, for a few months.

It allows us to have a visual history of what an invoices, and a clear record of when payments were made, what method, and if bundled with payment for other invoices.

Flexibility to make the payments is one more advantage of having a BILL and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users with little accounting experience. The platform’s automation also reduces the risk of late payments or missing invoices, improving cash flow management.
It is easy to integrate/implement with Intacct as well.
Customer support is also very good and they respond early with an accurate solution.
As a daily user, I can say Bill.com is the best tool to manage the AP process.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

Using our bank to send wires was really expensive and messy with the different currencies. The wire tokens and approval process was really outdated. Having the A/R and payments in one spot really helps me manage the cashflow.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

I would say the biggest downside is getting people you're paying to sign up and submit all the documentation. It's usually not too bag because they do want to get paid.

It helps me send international payments and manage cashflow all in one spot.

There is limited flexibility as an organization grows, so at a certain volume the tool starts creating more work than it saves.

**What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?**

I really enjoy how easy it is to keep track of all of our invoices. It is organized cleanly, I can find the information I'm looking for, and it feels intuitive and natural.

**What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?**

We work with contractors and can see invoices organized by them. However, these contractors work on projects, and I'd like to be able to view all the invoices related to a particular project.

**What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping everything organized and having a way to facilitate payment to our vendors.
