# lack of customer service support. no number to call

not worth it subscribing you cant even talk to a real person you can only chat and most ofthe time you will wait for a very longtime and 2 to 3 mins response sometime 7 mins. been ahving issues with merging a customer for the past 2 years and i get the same response giving me the same instructions i bet you someone from bill.com will respond to this telling me or giving instructions to chat with support.last friday i wasted 2 1/2 hours chatting and not getting result on my issues, the worst company with regards to customer service management need a voice of a real person to service their issues .so you can feel areal good service.if theres half a star that i would give.

You can reach out to customer support through Bill.com directly. You can follow these steps.
Login bill.com>>Select account>>Go to User>>Select Massage Icon>>Start chat or call with support team.

You can best contact SUPPORT by being logged into BILL, then going to support CHAT to engage with BILL's virtual assistant. If you enter your problem, you have option to connect to a live BILL support agent. I have always had pretty quick resolution via this method.
