**What do you like best about BigPanda?**

I like that BigPanda consolidates alerts by feeding data from all of our separate monitoring tools and grouping the noise into single, actionable incidents. It helps in reducing alert fatigue, speeds up root cause analysis, and stops team finger pointing. I appreciate how I can immediately see the sequence of events like a network switch dropping first, causing the database to time out, and then the app to fail. This insight prevents redundant work and ends the blame game, so there's less dashboard hopping. The initial setup was also pretty straightforward, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about BigPanda?**

Nothing in particular, just started using it.

**What problems is BigPanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigPanda for alert consolidation, reducing alert fatigue, speeding up root cause analysis, and ending team blame games. It saves time by reducing dashboard hopping and preventing redundant work.

**What do you like best about BigPanda?**

I really like BigPanda's ability to correlate multiple alerts into a single incident, which makes managing incidents more efficient. The real-time incident updates are great, and I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with tools like ServiceNow and Datadog.

**What do you dislike about BigPanda?**

The setup can be complex and the interface could be more intuitive for new users. The setup could be simplified with guided onboarding, pre-built templates while the interface could be improved with a cleaner layout.

**What problems is BigPanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigPanda to consolidate, correlate, and prioritize IT alerts, allowing us to detect incidents faster and find their root cause. I like the ability to correlate multiple alerts into a single incident and the real-time incident updates with seamless integrations.

the biggest drawbacks tend to show up around complexity, cost, and the learning curve — especially for teams trying to modernize legacy environments.

**What do you like best about BigPanda?**

I like BigPanda for its ease of use and implementation. I also appreciate that all the ISO 27001 standards and compliance are embedded into it.

**What do you dislike about BigPanda?**

I would like to suggest that they should approach the enterprise market more aggressively.

**What problems is BigPanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BigPanda for network security and infrastructure management, solving access control issues and securing network infrastructure. I like its ease of use and implementation, and appreciate that ISO 27001 standards and compliance are built-in.

**What do you dislike about BigPanda?**

As per my view I don’t see any dislike thing in Bigpanda

**What problems is BigPanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigPanda is solving the problem of noisy, fragmented incident management by correlating alerts, adding context, and automating triage and response. For me, that means less time spent chasing false alarms, faster root-cause identification, and shorter incident resolution times.

Haven’t really found anything that I dislike about it.

I don't have a specific item that I dislike as this is the first time we are using AI software similar to BigPanda

**What do you like best about BigPanda?**

I like best about Bigpanda is it allows DevOps teams to work more effectively using Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence technologies by Handling enormous Volumes of Complex raw data, which helps the management to get real-time updates.

**What do you dislike about BigPanda?**

The Support is not compelling and needs improvement if a Low or Medium support case is required. It takes 3 to 5 days to get a response. If we are escalating, they respond immediately.

**What problems is BigPanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigPanda has been a critical part of the journey of our enterprise's Monitoring center. Our minimal staff was stretched thin, and Bigpanda ensured we were successful. Open and easy integration Compare to other tools.

**What do you like best about BigPanda?**

1) BigPanda aggregates data from inbound tools such as Icinga, ThousandEyes, Prometheus, Jira, and others. BigPanda’s machine learning will correlate data into a small number of actionable incidents as they are detected in real-time before they escalate into outages.
2) BigPanda's integration with Outbound Tools such as Slack, WebEx, Teams, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc., automates and streamlines the incident response lifecycle across incident triage, ticketing, and notifications allowing accelerated remediation.

**What do you dislike about BigPanda?**

1) BigPanda still lacks the feasibility to show the alert count in a particular incident which would be very helpful to NOC and IT Ops in some instances to determine the alert count.
2) BigPanda needs to improve on the Activity Tab front, wherein we can't currently filter between Comments, Incident Sharing and Incident status changes.

**What problems is BigPanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) BigPanda’s ability to eliminate IT noise, surface the root cause of problems, and automate manual incident management tasks improving MTTR across the organization.
2) BigPanda's Integrations with CMDB provide Event Enrichment details, improving the quality of data fed to BigPanda’s AI/ML algorithms. This leads to
 cleansing, preparing and enriching the alert data payload with rich operational and topological context.
