**What do you like best about bigears?**

Seeing written feedback has a significant influence. Hearing the consumer say it, though, elevates it to a whole other level. It's incredible how powerful it is to hear favorable comments from a customer.

**What do you dislike about bigears?**

It's a new concept and need to provide with more features to attract the customers

**Recommendations to others considering bigears:**

Bigears is the first company in the world to specialize in using human voice in customer experience programs. They brought the "voice of the consumer" into the boardroom and backed it up with all the quantitative data you'll ever need to make any business decision.

**What problems is bigears solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through voice feedback, we were able to keep several consumers who were about to quit us. A recent example was a consumer with a lending value of half a million dollars. We were able to remedy the issue and keep her business despite her dissatisfaction. Without the voice feedback program, we would have never known about her.

**What do you like best about bigears?**

Really be amazed by what Bigears has to offer! That touch that distinguishes them from any platform in which through voice connections they do not stay only in the computer science but what enhances their development capacity is shown that humanity in the customer-supplier relationship is above any other virtual platform.
Technology and the added human value in each project is undoubtedly what the future of the entire world community is waiting for. Not losing the touch of the human being is wonderful.

**What do you dislike about bigears?**

The negative? I should continue to have knowledge regarding the program they offer, for now I do not see any gaps to improve in general in your interactive platform. What if I would implement is an ONLINE help for queries and doubts since you can only contact the client through a contact form.

**Recommendations to others considering bigears:**

Maybe just the implementation of an online communication through a chat on your home page

**What problems is bigears solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to write or communicate by voice is very important. Many times the connection through voice is preferred since it is very rich to take advantage of this opportunity, but it is also good to have writing. In short, I have the choice depending on when I am in my writing or speaking job. That is great.

**What do you like best about bigears?**

The best thing about Bigears is that it has developed the necessary tools, technology, and methods that make it possible for a company's customer experience programs to ask questions in any channel, allowing an authentic voice to be captured if the respondent so chooses.

**What do you dislike about bigears?**

The platform where all the qualitative and quantitative data is stored is not so much user friendly as told

bigears is easy to use and helps a lot so if you own a business, company, startup, etc, then go for it; you won't regret it. All the best

**What problems is bigears solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bigears helped my company in delivering good customer services; it helped to identify vulnerable customers. It also helps in coaching and training of the employees by recording the responses of the customer, which also helps in business continuity and to manage risk.
