Seeing written feedback has a significant influence. Hearing the consumer say it, though, elevates it to a whole other level. Recommendations to others considering bigears: Bigears is the first company in the world to specialize in using human voice in customer experience programs. They brought the "voice of the consumer" into the boardroom and backed it up with all the quantitative data you'll ever need to make any business decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is bigears solving and how is that benefiting you? Through voice feedback, we were able to keep several consumers who were about to quit us. A recent example was a consumer with a lending value of half a million dollars. We were able to remedy the issue and keep her business despite her dissatisfaction. Really be amazed by what Bigears has to offer! That touch that distinguishes them from any platform in which through voice connections they do not stay only in the computer science but what enhances their development capacity is shown that humanity in the customer-supplier relationship is above any other virtual platform. Technology and the added human value in each project is undoubtedly what the future of the entire world community is waiting for. Not losing the touch of the human being is wonderful. I should continue to have knowledge regarding the program they offer, for now I do not see any gaps to improve in general in your interactive platform. Many times the connection through voice is preferred since it is very rich to take advantage of this opportunity, but it is also good to have writing.
