## About BidSparq
BidSparq is an AI-powered RFP discovery and matching platform. It aggregates open solicitations from 12,100+ government, education, healthcare, and commercial sources and matches each to a user's business by meaning, not just keywords, using AI embeddings and semantic search to connect related concepts (e.g., "educational software" to "instructional technology"). Each opportunity is scored 0–100 against the user's profile (NAICS, set-aside eligibility, location, contract size, capabilities), with an AI win-probability estimate and bid/no-bid recommendation. Also includes AI compliance checklists, competitive intelligence, federal contract-vehicle data, a procurement-officer database, capture management, and an AI chat available in Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT via an MCP server. **What do you like best about BidSparq?**

I love how they send us an email whenever there is an opportunity available. It would greatly help us remind on what RFPs are almost due or what we need to submit.

**What do you dislike about BidSparq?**

There is no AI that could help with the requirements for the RFP - this would be a great deal in making the life of the company easier

**What problems is BidSparq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RFP opportunity finding and taking notes as to how each RFP would help my company

it makes things easier for me like finding right rfps to bid and manage

**What do you dislike about BidSparq?**

it does not help you create proposal or maybe I'm just missing it

**What problems is BidSparq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

finding the right opportunities to bid on. I don't have to look manually on different portals as I used to. also, it's cheaper than what I've been using before.
