An extra layer of security, easy for users

**What do you dislike about Beyond Identity?**

we had some implementation hiccups and support was initially not quick but this improved greatly over time

We use BI as a third factor of authentication for all apps and operating systems

**What do you like best about Beyond Identity?**

Beyond Identity has helped us reduce the time employees take to log in and also dramatically reduced our vulnerabilities to phishing scams and other attacks. Implementation was also much easier than we expected.

**What do you dislike about Beyond Identity?**

So far there haven't been any issues with the Beyond Identity system and we haven't experienced any downtime. If anything changes we will update our review, but off to a great start so far.

**What problems is Beyond Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password management has been a huge problem for us. There are so many systems with logins that needed to change every month, and managing that was a nightmare. Beyond Identity has helped us stay secure without changing our processes, while removing the requirement to send out company-wide password updates.
