I love that there are a lot of features that you can add, it's simplicity, and lots of ways to customize it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No ability to do live streaming, and some features that I would like to have require an upgrade to another tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app integrations and all the features that makes tribe a game changer for creating and managing community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features that can be accessed through app integrations should be native in Tribe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Tribe at https://comunidad.gedu.es as a collaborative social environment between teachers in Spain. We are more than 1800 teachers in this professional community. The best thing for me is that there is a ranking that encourages community members to contribute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility of the platform is great. When it comes to content structure or design, you can get creative. I also really enjoy the additional apps available on the app store as well as the amazing team behind Tribe. The team is super responsive and great in thinking along. I wish there was a better built-in analytics tool. However, with their webhooks, API, and integrations with some tools like Amplitude, they do provide good alternative solutions for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease with which you can set things up. When I first got started with Tribes, I was concerned that making the transition from Facebook to Tribes would be a difficult one. But with the resources and guidance provided by Tribes it was very easy for me to move my audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be honest nothing at this point. I haven't had any reason to complain since I started using Tribes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tribe offers a robust API with many plug and play options for integration. The ability to customize it, style it to suit your brand, and embed its native functionality makes it an excellent platform with which to provide your community a forum-based social environment. Plus, Tribe is a platform that is constantly rolling out new and great features. Their staff are knowledgeable, competent, extremely responsive, supportive and very cooperative. They've always been there when we've needed them to help make our integration successful. They're a great company to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far our experience with the Tribe team and platform has been nothing but positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were on the verge of finalizing another tool for our community portal. After I saw Tribe, there was no looking back. Tribe provided us with everything in-house. Implementing Single Sign-On with our product was a breeze. Everything was well documented and we had very little to do with the development efforts. The rich set of integrations provided by Tribe is something that will make this application stand out from others in the crowd. We were able to integrate Tribe with most of the third-party applications we use. In a few days, we had our sleek, responsive, modern, flexible and powerful community portal up and running. There isn't much. The default view that we get along with Tribe is something that can be completely customized. But still, I would see a better default look and feel with less disturbance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tribe is one of easiest self service community platform out there. The quality of the software and the ease of use truly makes it an outstanding experience for our members. I also have always been a big fan of trying technology before an upgrade which helped us gain the trust we needed. I would highly recommend tribe to organizations looking to strengthen their brand and build credibility with their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it had more community members to community members workflows. Where coaches and advisors can use it to manage their business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is intuitive and easy to use. People enjoy using it because it reads like a familiar social media platform while protecting their private social media accounts from their professional circles.

Our organization's Social Committee was looking for a platform that would help us to stay virtually connected with our coworkers at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We needed something that would be interactive and read like a Facebook page or another social media platform, but without the hassle of sharing your social media with your coworkers when it might contain some personal information. Tribe has been the perfect outlet for this. It allows us to post funny memes, keep conversations going and even set up events like contests, "questions of the day" and host theme days with our coworkers -- which keeps all of us in touch with the fun work culture of our organization. The best part, is you are starting with a clean profile template that is not connected to other social media platforms, and can stay as professional or casual as it needs to be.

We love tribe and definitely intend to continue using it! I recommend for any organization that is having difficulty keeping employee engagement open in these unprecedented times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to have more options to upload photos on regular posts. Right now it seems like we can only upload them in the "Discussion Thread" format. Other than that, it's really fantastic. Wouldn't change a thing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tribe has been a brilliant addition to our organisation. Working with young people we have been able to provide them with a safe space to share and connect and to showcase their work. It's been easy to navigate and we are enjoying learning all about its features and benefits. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
