"Betterment 401(k): Making Retirement Planning Easy with Top-Notch Customer Service"
What do you like best about Betterment at Work?

What I like best about Betterment is their user-friendly platform, which makes managing our 401(k) plans incredibly easy for both us and our employees. Their customer service is always available and truly hands-on, guiding our employees through every step of the process. We also benefit from a dedicated account manager who keeps us informed and up-to-date on everything we need to know. Additionally, Betterment offers a comprehensive range of options, ensuring that we have everything we need to provide our employees with the best possible retirement planning solutions. They really have it all together! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Betterment at Work?

So far, we haven’t encountered any downsides with Betterment at Work. Our main focus has been on cleaning up the issues left by our previous 401(k) providers. Other than that, everything has been running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Functional Software that leaves something to be desired in terms of support"
What do you like best about Betterment at Work?

Betterment at work is a very simple, plug-and-play solution for a business owner who knows exactly what they need, how to file form 5500 on their own, and doesn't want anything customized. It is less expensive than other solutions that we have used, and the user experience - particularly for customers of betterment - is much simpler than what is offered by other, smaller third party administrators. What do you dislike about Betterment at Work?

Betterment at Work has frequently dropped the ball for our clients when it comes to filing required forms in a timely manner, reminding business owners of their duties as the administrator, etc. The Customer Support does not always respond in a timely manner - often it takes a few attempts to get a response. Overall, for just a few dollars more than what Betterment at Work charges, a business owner can use a full-service 401k TPA and have the comfort of a provider who is willing to take on actual liability for the plan and its administration. This is what caused us to stop using Betterment at Work in all cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
