BeSlick is a work process management system with everything we need in one place. It assists us in staying on top of crucial processes that must be completed promptly. Setting up a layout is straightforward; I can place my ideas into a flowchart. That's it! The customer support team goes above and beyond to provide the best possible solution and service. Just began testing Project Bliss for Workflow and QMS. I'm shocked at the flexibility and price - in a good way. A great deal of power in an easy-to-view product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Set up time is taking me a while. They do have templates but they obviously need to be customized for my job shop. Difficult to make time in a hectic small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The intuitive and easily setup templates, which connects documentation with the actual guided and recorded execution of the standard processes. The ease of use and the small effort needed to setup the process whether they as straight forward, conditioned or have multiple steps. Great and fast support. Still needs some fully fledged flexibility to support large corporates with there most critical SOPs, but the foundation and willingness to listen to customer needs is there and they are working on it. It's perfect for small and medium businesses (and households) where the intuitive and ease use is critical to actual put in the effort to document the processes - and document the execution according to the process described. In setting up Process Bliss we are considering all aspects of the services we deliver to clients and as a result of this review we are refining and streamlining our workflow which I know will generate more capacity and profit in our business. Additionally the plan is that I will not have to carry the team's tasks in my head and Process Bliss will give and overview of what is outstanding with any team member or client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some areas where we would like more flexibility to edit tasks on "the fly" rather than going back into the template. Also we would like to be able to have an additional field for recurring tasks to indicate which period the tasks refer to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
