It assists us in staying on top of crucial processes that must be completed promptly. Setting up a layout is straightforward; I can place my ideas into a flowchart. That's it! The customer support team goes above and beyond to provide the best possible solution and service. Excellent support from their team, and they are always available to assist with training or troubleshooting guidance. **What do you dislike about beSlick?** It can be a challenge to understand & use some features, so it would be great to have demo projects or case studies designed in the application so that we can take ideas from that. **What problems is beSlick solving and how is that benefiting you?** It genuinely assists our team with checking all the open process tasks we have at any time. We can design one-time tasks or automatically make them on a repetitive basis. The task reports help us measure our achievements and give us potential opportunities for improvement. ### 2. I'm shocked at the flexibility and price - in a good way. A great deal of power in an easy-to-view product. **What do you dislike about beSlick?** Set up time is taking me a while. They do have templates but they obviously need to be customized for my job shop. Difficult to make time in a hectic small business. **Recommendations to others considering beSlick:** Business Development exec who walked me through it was outstanding. I had a trial set up within minutes. **What problems is beSlick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Living QMS is harder than just writing the files. Process Bliss is designed to cascade workflow tasks using your QMS. It also records changes. I'm excited to dig in deeper. ### 5. The ease of use and the small effort needed to setup the process whether they as straight forward, conditioned or have multiple steps. Great and fast support. **What do you dislike about beSlick?** Still needs some fully fledged flexibility to support large corporates with there most critical SOPs, but the foundation and willingness to listen to customer needs is there and they are working on it. It's perfect for small and medium businesses (and households) where the intuitive and ease use is critical to actual put in the effort to document the processes - and document the execution according to the process described. **Recommendations to others considering beSlick:** If you appreciate the value of being in control on your SOPs, then try it out - you'll get hooked. I'm typically avoiding to use new systems and tools, but this tool had a low entry barrier. **What problems is beSlick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documented the rare but critical processes whether it's the fundamental IT setup, quarterly VAT calculations and filing, or the checklist for the yearly compliance visit from authorities. Documented the high volume and customer fronting processes where speed and high quality is crucial whether it sales, setup of product listing or payment capturing through different sales channels. The ease of use and the combination of it being the guided way through the actual execution of the proces makes it realistic to actual make the documentation and also gather it in one place - making it realistic to actual find the documentation when needed. ### 6. Additionally the plan is that I will not have to carry the team's tasks in my head and Process Bliss will give and overview of what is outstanding with any team member or client **What do you dislike about beSlick?** There are some areas where we would like more flexibility to edit tasks on "the fly" rather than going back into the template. Also we would like to be able to have an additional field for recurring tasks to indicate which period the tasks refer to. **What problems is beSlick solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are improving our workflow which will improve efficiency and ultimately impact profit. ### 7. The ability to make notes along the way is a great plus and helps keep me on top of my client work. **What do you dislike about beSlick?** I have not found any negative points with Process Bliss. **What problems is beSlick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having paperwork piled high on my desk to remind me where I am at is a huge benefit as well as being reminded what my working day needs to prioritise.
