"Intuitive UX + Great Resource (wish I had it in grad school!)"

What do you like best about BenchSci?

I wish BenchSci was around when I was in graduate school! The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the fact that primary publications are linked to each resource mentioned is an amazing cherry on top. I found an antibody for immunofluorescence within for staining in the mouse hippocampus (what I used to research) and the associated papers <5 mins. The app even mentions how many papers were published using this antibody (and the number of figures cited using the antibody). It's an amazing resource and I'll definitely be sharing it with the research group I work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BenchSci?

I haven't used the app long enough to find anything I dislike, but, still, the fact that I have nothing but positive things to say about it so far tells you that it was a great first impression :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BenchSci solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I had access to this app as a graduate student it would have absolutely saved me time in searching for the correct tools to use for my immunohistochemistry experiments. Now that I am working for another research group I'll pass it along to our current students and postdocs. And, again, the linked publications that use the antibody are especially helpful as they can increase (or decrease) confidence in the likelihood that the tool will work for the intended application.
