The Environmental Monitoring module is intuitive, compliant, and clearly purpose-built for regulated labs. It brings sampling plans, alert/action limits, trending, deviations, and reporting together in a single validated system. The team was truly helpful in getting us set up with the system. We had some bumps along the way on our end due to a misunderstanding on what we needed from the system, but Nicholas and David were extremely patient and willing to work with us to figure out how to best implement SciCord in our lab. Something that could be improved by some error handling during the template development phase. Error handling for missing data or function though taken care of one the template is uploaded and used in a new document in the environment, a feature to do this online would make the process more streamlined.
