Beesbusy is a collaborative planning tool. Easy to use, it allows to federate expert users and occasional users. - The planning of the tasks is materialized in a schedule in the form of a Gantt chart (view When of the project), which remains simple and easy to adapt. The multi-project views allow you to have an overview of all your activities. - Resource planning is done in a view displaying all resources and associated tasks on a schedule (Who view). This view allows you to distribute the workload and to plan it, considering the occupation rates and the constraints of the resources. This planning view by resource also exists in multi-project mode, greatly facilitating arbitration when distributing work to different projects. By planning tasks AND resources, you activate the levers that allow you to build realistic schedules. You regain visibility on your activity, and everyone gains in serenity.

**What do you like best about Beesbusy?**

Beesbusy's best aspect of this platform is its very highly visual and flexible approach for our cross-functional team project planning, and also their timeline view makes the task organising and managing dependencies. It also helps us to adjust the schedules in real times simplicity and functionality can plan projects without needing any deep technical expertise. Overall, I would say be beesbusy handle the project delays earlier and manage the work clothes better and keeps projects on schedule.

**What do you dislike about Beesbusy?**

Though this platform's performance is fully functional and effective, I would say the interface feels outdated when compared to other modern platforms in this space. The reporting and analytics features are somewhat basic; integration with other platforms should be expanded for better ecosystem and workflow connectivity.

**What problems is Beesbusy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beesbusy helps us solve the problem of streamlining project planning and cross-functional teams' task tracking, managing multiple timelines. It also provides clarity on our task ownership headlines and their progress. Overall, this platform is helping our entire team cross functional team to reduce confusion and improve coordination as well.

**What do you like best about Beesbusy?**

1. One of the best features of Beesbusy is the ease of creating multiple projects just by stating "What", "When" & "Who" and tracking them at the same time has been very useful for me as a program manager.
2. Also the option to create subtasks under the primary task of the project along with the prioritization is very useful to detail out the project steps with comments, notes and many other features.
3. The option to prioritize the task helps us to make sure that we let our project team members know the importance of the task. We can also let them know the confidentiality of the task to the members.
4. It is very easy to track the workload of my team members and figure out who is working on which project with the Gantt Charts and the dashboard features.
5. With the Gantt charts of workload, assigning the project to the team members has been easy for me as I know who is occupied with which tasks of the projects. 
6. The option to send a buzz has been very frequently useful as it comes in handy when I'm in need to get quick updates related to any of the projects.
7. The most important feature is the provision to track the timings and logs concerning the team members and their relative projects. This helps us in evaluating the teams' and members' performance as well.

**What do you dislike about Beesbusy?**

1. Dashboards that are being generated by Beesbusy are not up to the level of Smartsheet wherein we can create a complete storyboard out of a project.
2. Basis the time logs and project dates (Past data) that are being stored by Beesbusy it can run predictive analysis and send notifications to the users, wherever the project is being derailed or not able to meet deadlines.
3. Colour coding to the individual task basis the rating of our prioritization provided while creating could help prioritizing the task on a personal level.
4. Usage of modern AI tools like Chat GPT, Gen AI, etc., to summarize the tasks for today would help me start my day with a clear picture of work for the day.

**What problems is Beesbusy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. With Beesbusy there has been an ease in team collaboration by having a clear understanding of whom the task has been assigned, what the is task about, how important is the task, and what is the deadline for the task.
2. We can always add a sub-task in a project task or create a whole new task in the project which helps us implement the PDCA cycle in the project management. Reiteration can be done at will.
3. No ambiguity in the work assigned or transparency in the workload has been very helpful in evaluating the teams' and individual performances.

Frankly nothing much to dislike about. However, terminologies can be customised.

Beesbusy helped me streamline my workload and my team's workload as well. On top of it, I could assess my team's progress also, which gives me deep insights into the skillsets of each employee.

Being a planning engineer, I always wanted to look for apps that do your tasks quickly and without any hindrances and I found Beesbusy so friendly that you can plan your tasks and monitor them.

I didn't dislike any feature they put in the app. They have organized this app with so many good features that one can get so many benefits and for those who always forget things.

**What problems is Beesbusy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A daily routine task is the most difficult to manage but I prefer to use this app. It organizes your whole day or week program as you want and alarms you before the event begins.

Beesbusy is an insightful and collaborative tool with one of my favorites as "who view." which demonstrates the team plan and responsibilities allocation, allowing the distribution of the work.

Too much French language after login! Why can't the default language be English, and other language speakers can click on their default flag?

Saves time and makes day to day life a lot more convenient. One has a complete vision of all the assignments and the team, while it's simple to alter dates and rearrange things.

I have used many project/task management applications but Beesbusy maybe is the best of all! I really like the "who, what, when" interface of this app. Additionally, this app is very simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Beesbusy?**

I haven’t had any issues. I really like this Application. But many users prefer to use smartphones instead of desktops, you can’t use beesbusy on your smartphone.

Very good for getting a full review of your projects, tasks. Increases productivity of the whole team. I can prioritize my work, reorganize and keep track of deadlines.

**What do you like best about Beesbusy?**

I actually teach project management at a university. When you first start using Beesbusy, the simplicity of the product tends to mask the power of the product. It has an extremely intuitive (almost too simple) "What, When, Who" style of user interface design. As you start using the product, however, it becomes apparent how well it works even for larger projects or project portfolios. 

Beesbusy does a stellar job at project/task visualization--better than anything else I've seen. You can filter and sort on virtually anything allowing you to see, at a glance, your workload or your team's workload, or drill down in individual projects. Most everything is "Ganttified" including personal workload calendars. So, for instance, it is easy to see how many things are on your plate over time--allowing you to balance or shuffle tasks. Tasks can also be viewed in a Kanban layout. A couple of other things it does well are time tracking and team communication.

I have reviewed (and have subscriptions to) several other project/task management SaaS apps. Beesbusy absolutely outperforms anything else I have tried. They seem to be a well-funded company with a pretty impressive portfolio of clients and they have put quite a bit of thought into the product. So if I had to pick a socially-driven project management app, this would be it.

A desktop app would be nice but using it through a browser is perfectly acceptable and works well.

We use it for managing complicated classes as well as for teaching project management.

Beesbusy provides quality software that is easy to use. More and more organizations are using the project mode to manage their activities. It provides advanced planning features to allow the project manager to grow and think about the future with quality. Beesbusy allows us to do great administration of assignments and tasks easily. I like very much to see all the tasks you have from different projects in a calendar.

I really have nothing to say about this point... We have not had negative experiences. The platform was easy to use and provided better results for us...

Beesbusy organized amazing management, better distribution, and planning of projects and successfully achieve goals & results. You can track every task.

It allows you to coordinate with the rest of the team. If I give our company as an example, they are very happy to use everything. All things are great; they work on the project easily.

BEESBUSY gives anyone the opportunity to carry out a good management of tasks and projects, from an expert to a beginner, its functions are very simple and its interface is completely organized. It has advanced and very important tools such as gantt charts, customizable panel, on-demand notifications among others, which provide optimal performance for the work team.

Our work team is very happy with the management that is being carried out thanks to this platform, we have a greater organization, distribution and project management. Nothing! Just waiting for the features for managing workloads by resources (time entry, summaries by period)

A true alternative to purely Kanban products (Planner, Trello) and the giants of project management (MS Project, Sciforma, etc.)
Allows focusing on the essential concepts of good project management: Organization and resource planning, meeting deadlines.
Allows junior or occasional project managers to quickly gain skills.
A young, responsive team that is very attentive to requests for improvements.

We are beginning the use, mirroring the (historical) use of MS Project:
- more intuitive and faster project entry
- very quick formatting of a representation (Gantt or Kanban)
- Kanban is very practical for managing task assignment and progress

I particularly appreciate the visuals that are clean and modern, and the ease of use. It's really very intuitive, no need for a tutorial to understand how it works.

There is nothing I don't like, it's just that I'm used to using certain features that I miss, but I talked to support about it: one of them is in development, so I'll have it soon, and the other has been noted in their to-do list, so it's perfect.

Everything depends on your expectations and needs, but personally Beesbusy suits me for project management, even though I am waiting for certain features. The support team contacted me to say that one of them will be released soon, so that's perfect.

To many project management apps have so many bells and whistles that it creates a whole new project just to learn how to use it.  One can get so caught up in learning to use it and not actually get the work done.  It's about the work. The app is just to assist in getting the work done.  

I was sick and tired of complicated apps that did everything but at the end of the day just ate up time using them.   

Beesbusy is simple and it works.  That's what my company needed.

Nothing. It is a great app and does exactly what it promised.

To me, the best part is able to see all the tasks you have of different projects in a calendar. It helps a lot when you have to organise and prioritise your time.

**What do you dislike about Beesbusy?**

When you have a lot of tasks to do and there are some that don't have a specific date it's easy to lose them in the process and forget about them, since they are not marked in the calendar on the top.

It's easy to organise not only yourself but the rest of the team. It allows you to coordinate with the rest of the team in the same project and to know what tasks belong to each individual.

Beesbusy allows anyone to start using it very quickly and take full advantages of it's kanban/roadmaping abilities.
It provides quality software, is continuously improving and innovating, and has a very responsive support team.

**What do you dislike about Beesbusy?**

I think the groups feature is an essential part of the software and as such should be available from the business plan, not only for enterprise.
There should be descriptions on the tasks, not only comments and title.

The biggest issue was to have a clear software that could be used by a multidisciplinary team, from tech to business.
The simplicity of the software allows that, while it's power allows us to do what we need.

A better vision of my tasks. I just need to add a task, set a date and Beesbusy does all the work automatically so I can easily see which tasks are du today, which one are late...

A true Gantt chart and I can customize my team’s plannings.

**What do you dislike about Beesbusy?**

They don’t offer Gantt charts on mobile app (understandable because of the screen size) but they have a customed dashboard that I use to follow deadlines and KPIs.

Different planning views for my project : team planning, Gantt chart, multi-projects. I can choose the type of planning depending on the project’s type.

Only one very small thing has bothered me so far: I often forget to click on the + after writing a new card, which means it doesn't get validated.

Lack of functionality in Gantt planning: Beesbusy currently does not offer fine scheduling of tasks relative to each other (task links: Finish-to-Start, Finish-to-Finish, Start-to-Start, Start-to-Finish + time lag)

Good visibility over time of the different projects and multi-project planning. A good breakdown of tasks by project.
