**What do you like best about BCS ProSoft?**

Knowledge and ability to help solve our problems. I love that we have had the same representative helping us for over 16 years.

**What do you dislike about BCS ProSoft?**

There is not much to dislike. We have had the same representative with BCS since I have been with VP.

**What problems is BCS ProSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped us smoothly transition from Vision to VP....worked pretty smoothly. We have used their support service for over 18 years.
