What do you like best about Basware?

I've been fortunate enough to be a user of Basware and be involved in the testing of the administrative functions as well. It's intuitive, easy to use, and fits our needs quite well. Issues that we've come across, support has been quick to address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Basware?

Beyond the system being a little pokey when changing approvers from in to out of office if they have a lot of assigned orders, there's not much. I understand that when it's doing that it's changing the approver on the individual orders, so it's understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
