Base Builders allows us to customize phases, fields, and project details on reports, and it integrates with QuickBooks Online. The software doesn’t lag when refreshed, and updates are completed without any noticeable downtime. The streamlined billing workflow has been a big improvement and has made the overall process more efficient. We want the functionality of the big architectural accounting programs but without their price tag or administrative overhead.

Praesto AE integrates timesheets, invoices, contracts, forecasting and proposals. It automates transfer of data to QuickBooks for financials, payroll and government remittances.

We deploy Praesto AE to every desk. This is part of our work culture. It gives employees the information on how a project will be financially successful which they act on, and which makes us more successful. Every-desk deployment is affordable with Praesto AE. We have yet to find an employee who cant figure out how to use it.
