**Describe the project or task BAE Systems helped with:**

BAE helps manage a former company of mine's cyber security. What I found was that although it was a great system the cost really affected my attitude to the service. I find that a lot of non name brands could accomplish similar if not better security for half the cost. After working with the company I left and chose a local startup for my business.

**What do you like best about BAE Systems?**

The platform executed well, but often i felt that there was lagg because I assume everyone uses this software.

**What do you dislike about BAE Systems?**

It was so difficult to get in touch with my Account Executive when I ran into issues. I feel like there was no personal touch one of the main contributors to us ditching the software was not the functionality itself but the lack of human connection. 

**Recommendations to others considering BAE Systems:**

Know what you are getting into, your business could probably work with a smaller scale startup than BAE.
