Ayoa offers a visually appealing experience that I love. It’s a program that turns all the features into graphic tools that help enhance our workflow. I love how it organizes the tasks between projects and enforces the communication between teams to ensure that things are being completed effortlessly and without problems. Ayoa has a very colorful interface that allows me to drag and drop tasks and assign them to my team and proceed to monitor them. It also comes in handy the fact that the tasks can be hid from certain coworkers, which again ensures that the person will have total control over their own tasks only, making them focused on what’s important and what needs to be done. I find Ayoa to be one of the most powerful tasks management programs in the market right now, not only because of its colorful and simple UI but also because it’s able to synchronize across multiple devices to have all the information on the go. Ayoa has a nice interface, which is something I always love about softwares, especially task management softwares. If an interface looks boring, it will not give me the proper workflow and I wont be able to see the bigger picture. This is not the case with Ayoa.
