**What do you like best about Awin?**

What I like best about Awin is how easy it is to use while offering access to such a wide and diverse network of affiliates. The platform makes tracking and reporting really clear, so it’s simple to see what’s working and where to optimise. Overall, Awin feels flexible enough to support both small and large-scale strategies, which is ideal for growing a brand.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I wish the communication section would have analytics to see who opens your email. It would also be great to filter out companies who don't fit your ethos through publisher approvals.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Awin?**

My experience so far has not been great. While the platform appears to be user-friendly, I am unsure whether affiliates are actually promoting my offer. I would really appreciate clearer communication regarding impressions and other relevant metrics.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I would appreciate having access to tutorial videos and more guidance while using the platform. It would also be helpful to receive alerts, for example, reminders to update the product catalog. In addition, I would value overall recommendations and benchmarks to help improve my experience.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is expanding into the UK market, and we are currently using awin as part of this process. As an ecommerce business, our primary objective is to increase sales.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

As I use Awin for affiliate marketing and interacting with partners I can say Awin is very easy to use, easy to implement and the number of its features like real-time reporting, excellent performance report with epc, average order value and its easiness of interacting with the partners makes it perfect to use very frequently.
Awin provide real-time customer support for any issues regarding the partnership, finance, technical issues.
Its integration with other tools is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Awin is a perfect place to grow the business so as of now there is nothing to dislike about Awin.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the affiliate marketing industry it was a big deal to find the potential partners and approach them to get onboard for working together but Awin provides the facility to get the potential partners at a single place with the complete information about the advertisers as well as publishers.
Awin makes the partnership transparent from both sides, provides real-time reporting to help the partners make their strategy to boost the performance, easy to collaborate with partners from both sides, timely payments, and amazing customer supports.

It's easy to use and a large platform for influencers the sign up. Customer service is responsive. The switch from sharesale to awin had no problems and easier to use and integrate with our website.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Sometimes the website will no load so I cannot check on waiting approvals.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awin has helped us reach new influencers and spread the name of our small business/products.

Awin affiliate network has a wide range of publishers, there is a great discovery tools to filter what the advertiser needs.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Transaction validations and corrections. Corrections in case of the partial returns can be made via the csv file only. Not practical.

Awin has quite prompt service if it comes to any problem filed as a ticket via the support section.

Assigned an onboarding specialist when we were in the early stages which gave us a very responsive point of contact for any questions we had when getting started. The platform is very easy to use and contains a large library of publishers to invite to your campaign.

The reports provide a wealth of information to help you fine tune your affiliate programme and the staff are extremely responsive to any questions we have had.

The documentation could be improved which would have made integration easier however their support is very good and replies were extremely helpful.

Awin provides us with a fully managed platform to onboard and track affiliates.

The partners are not filtered as much as we would like, it's hard to find specific content creators in the platform.

I like that Awin's marketplace allows me to find relevant brands and shows commission and descriptions of brands. I also found the initial setup to be very easy, which was a big plus for me.

The interface is not very simple to navigate. I wish it would separate things into meaningful categories.

Finding all the reports and the details about each affiliate we are working with. The platform is well organized. Also the support given by Awin is really important and help us to achieve our performance.

Sometime, it's missing some extra data to analyze the performance so it would be great to get more insight.

I also dislike the difficulty to bulk upload banners (this needs to be done via image link, which is not a standard) and the inability to compare performance versus previous periods.

I hate everything else about Awin. I hate that you don't have dedicated account reps, I hate that when I submit a ticket, I either hear back days later or not at all, I hate that it's not easy to see what publishers affiliate links are on their account page, I hate the method of communication with your support team, I hate how the platform is not user-friendly in the least, I hate that your help pages aren't helpful at all. I HATE AWIN! I'm going to have our companies look for other affiliate programs instead.

Better UI and UX, and overall improvements. Integration was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Cannot change the sale amount on the pending transactions screen. You have to decline the order and type out a reason for the partner. Then, you have to add the commission with the correct amount manually.

Also, no due date (lock date) displayed on the orders.

Another issue is the platform allows companies like PayPal Honey or Microsoft Bing to have active accounts. They are hijacking cookies and injecting their own into their browser extension. Honey triggers tracking without a legitimate user click-through, falsely attributing transactions upon extension activation rather than valid referral behavior.

Awin is a great platform for our company to generate traffic, which is one of our biggest challenge.

I found it easy to get set up and the sign up process was nice and simple. The dashboard is easy to use and displays all the information you need without having to dig through multiple menus. It was also very simple to get integrated across our ecommerce sites

When we had an issue with setting up payment methods the customer service team was very helpful and helped guide me through the steps.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

We use both this and Tradedoubler and have seen a much bigger return on Tradedoubler with over 500% increase in orders. We found the product feed upload to be quite challenging at first as it wouldnt tell us which fields were not mapping correctly and took a couple of weeks to get this set up.

Awin has a very easy to use platform, and when you have a managed service you can get help if there are any issues. It's simple to update your tracking to Awin tracking if its not already implemented, and their tech team are great to help with anything tech related.
The have great insights of benchmarking which can be personalised to suit what you want to see.
Their events/meet ups are always well organised and great to attend.

Awins reporting could benefit from an upgrade. Something PowerBI-ish where you can create your own report that suits what you need to see daily/weekly/monthly instead of all retailers having the same reporting options.
The staff at Awin are all lovely however it is often that inexperienced employees are put into positions which they perhaps are not ready for just yet.

Compared to ShareASale, the user interface is harder to use. There are probably many features I am missing to help me manage affiliates, generate reports, etc. That said, I probably need to spend time watching tutorial videos to learn more. I have searched for help and the articles were helpful.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

Finding new partners that match with our brand is very easy. Everything is broken out by category and it's much easier to contact those publishers than other affiliate platforms.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Onboarding was tough as the transition from Shareasale wasn't the clearest or at all easy. We're still learning the platform capabilities but the pain points seem to be resolving with time.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have seen a huge uptick in our affiliate revenue due to the sheer fact it is easier to connect with more partners and onboard them into our program and affiliate commission tiers.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

It's easy to pull reports and find new publishers. I've tested out their new dashboard that will launch soon and I mostly like it. As with anything new, there's a learning curve but it's nice to see they are innovating to stay relevant. The pricing seems right for my clients too.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Some of their publishers get approved with false traffic e.g. content creators with social media pages created by bots with fake likes and comments. I wish they would filter out bad publishers.  Also wish they had better customer support. It can be slow at times.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide a fair value for brands looking to get involved with affiliate marketing that might not have a large budget.

Awin has given us access to some of the best publishers like SimplyCodes, Sovrn Commerce and Topcashback to promote our merchant with them and the process was smooth. We saw a noticeable increase in sales.

Dashboard sometimes feel a bit complex to use.

As an India based agency it's often challenging for us to directly onboard US publishers. Awin has solved this problem by giving us easy access to high- quality publishers for one of our biggest clients.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

A little cleaner than Shareasale. Old links still work (for now). I can't think of much else.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Nothing works. you can be redirected literally 15 times before a page loads (usually clicking dashboard). Commissions are all wrong. Bonuses are gone. It doesnt seem to auto void fraud transactions anymore. Too manual. The transition from SAS has been a nightmare. Things are just not working the way they should. Affiliates don't seem to be getting credited for sales.

Managing brands' affiliate networks. But it is not doing a good job.

The upsides are that they've taken users into account in every step of the Awin journey. Unlike other networks/software platforms, every button is where you'd expect it to be

There's no competitor insight portal - this'd be helpful in the area of marketing I work in

Without a doubt, I would describe Awin as the kind of partner you can—and should—have on your marketing team. It helps you maintain full control over ads and content creators, makes it easy to connect with them, and allows you to customize everything you need. On top of that, they have a human team that makes everything smoother while sharing trends and highly useful benchmarking studies.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Since the platform is constantly being updated, sometimes it’s easy to lose track of new tools, and the attribution section can occasionally run into issues with automatic updates.
