Professional services at the top level, seen clearly in the staff and their results

**What do you dislike about Avanxo?**

They assign a small team for each account/client.

**Recommendations to others considering Avanxo:**

Don't hesitate to contact them if you're planning to adopt or use Salesforce in your organization, regardless your tech stack or experience.

**What problems is Avanxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us adopt Salesforce from the requirments, going through the design and team building, to the implementation, including coding and ERP programming.

**Describe the project or task Avanxo helped with:**

The provider was in charge of helping us migrate from Microsoft Dynamics over to Salesforce. We had to set up Salesforce for Sales users, marketing users, implementation team users, accounting users and technical support users. 

**What do you like best about Avanxo?**

I like that we had a full team that we could get into contact with if we ran into an issue.

**What do you dislike about Avanxo?**

Though it may not have been indicative of the entire company as a whole, our main team implementatioon lead was highly inexperienced and it showed. It was a lot of him solving the problems as they came along and he was not well versed in best practices for how to set up Salesforce, which is exactly the expertise we were looking for. 

**Recommendations to others considering Avanxo:**

Make sure that you evaluate who specifically your team lead will be and how much experience they have with similar products and companies as yous.
