The provider was in charge of helping us migrate from Microsoft Dynamics over to Salesforce. We had to set up Salesforce for Sales users, marketing users, implementation team users, accounting users and technical support users.
I like that we had a full team that we could get into contact with if we ran into an issue.
Though it may not have been indicative of the entire company as a whole, our main team implementatioon lead was highly inexperienced and it showed. It was a lot of him solving the problems as they came along and he was not well versed in best practices for how to set up Salesforce, which is exactly the expertise we were looking for.
Make sure that you evaluate who specifically your team lead will be and how much experience they have with similar products and companies as yous.
