Sellers talk to their ads and seller data through Autron Agent (conversational AI, including MCP support for ChatGPT/Claude), and benchmark themselves with Autron's original 2026 Amazon PPC benchmarks by category. Pricing is results-based: plans from $99/month plus a commission on Autron-attributed ad sales, aligning Autron's incentives with profitable growth rather than ad spend. I run a £1M+ Amazon craft supplies business and Autron handles the bulk bid optimisation (600k+ bid changes a month) while sending me a monthly digest I can interrogate — I actually feed the digests and exports into Claude to cross-examine the numbers before approving anything. Autron's chat-and-approve model fits that perfectly: it queues actions, I sanity-check, one click. It connects straight to my Amazon Ads data, and the routine digests flag genuine issues (placement inefficiency, zero-converting targets) rather than vanity metrics. The team are also genuinely responsive — feedback I've given during beta has actually shipped. **What do you dislike about Autron?** Not much I actively dislike — more a note on how I use it. My longest-running campaigns pre-date Autron and carry years of accumulated performance history, so I've left those legacy structures alone rather than migrate them; everything new goes through the agent. The AI is a very good co-pilot rather than a set-and-forget autopilot: you should still sanity-check its recommendations against your own data, and keep an eye on whether product goals are actually enabled — monitoring-only mode caught me out once early on. **What problems is Autron solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing PPC across 80+ ASINs and 200+ listings without an agency. Before Autron I was either hand-managing bids or facing agency fees that don't make sense on a £9–10k/month ad spend. Now the engine handles the volume — 600k+ bid optimisations a month, work I simply couldn't do manually — while I keep strategic control through the approve/decline workflow. The measurable results: TACoS steady around 9.4% while sales grew past £100k/month, and it surfaced a B2B placement opportunity (9% ACoS, 84% conversion on Top of Search) I would never have found myself. When I look for an ads partner, whether it be an AI Powered software, agency, or internal hire, the most important metric is performance. For us, that's the balance of Revenue, ACOS, and TACOS. No other agency or system we've tested to date in the last 9 years of selling on Amazon has outperformed Autron. **What do you dislike about Autron?** While the AI is excellent for up and running products, it does not excel at strategy and sometimes is delayed in responding to changing market dynamics and annual events.
