"AutoNDA - a game changer"

What do you like best about AutoNDA?

Easy to use, and allows specific users the ability to send out oneNDA's for signature with most of the standard sections already filled in - eliminating error for the sender and increasing control for the organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoNDA?

Need to use a specific e-signature system for each company as opposed to each user - but that isn't insurmountable, and is likely how other organisations set up their e-signature accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutoNDA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring NDA's are correctly filled in before they are sent out for signature is critical. OneNDA already reduces the turnaround time. AutoNDA takes it the next step further - increasing governance and control, and reducing the need for checking NDA's are correctly completed before they are sent out - the majority of the parameters are already set, significantly reducing the chance of operational risk. "Simple solution for NDA automation"

What do you like best about AutoNDA?

AutoNDA allows me to create a more seemless internal NDA process.

I had the opportunity to contribute to AutoNDAs early development. It's still surprising to me that a simple NDA automation tool like this didn't already exist.
