# What is the best way for a Business Analyst to learn how to use and write bots in AA?
I really want to use and develop bots for my own jobs but since I am lack of technical knowledge on software development, I cannot succeed on this. I would like to write bots to earn time while doing my jobs. I also would like to be capable of writing any bot for our customers. Now, my computer engineer friends are developing bots.
