# How are you guys planning to use AI in the upcoming releases especially the NLP part?
According to me, Email and freetext Automation is still the biggest hurdle in terms of process automation. It is not possible at all without some kind of standardisation. But each time we fail to automate that we are losing ~5 min for each mail to manual hours whch is ~1056000 mins/month on a minimum to manual labour. Our goal is to create a digital workforce that is backed by success.
