# "How can I avoid the rotation of files uploaded in IQ Bot for training and processing?" I am using IQ Bot in AA2019 for one of my major engagements. I am using Microsoft Azure API as the OCR engine for processing as handwritten documents are in the scope. But it seems that while uploading the images to IQ Bot for training, the images (pdf and tiff files) are getting rotated, either to left or to right and sometimes even a 180 degree rotation. From my knowledge if I am using ABBYY OCR engine I can do the changes in settings file and avoid the auto rotation of files. But as I am using Microsoft Azure API I cannot find anything the settings files which is related to image prepossessing. This is a major problem which I have found in AA2019 IQ Bot.
