What I like most about Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Process Automation is its shift from rigid, rule-based steps to goal-oriented execution. Instead of just executing pre-set steps, these AI agents can handle unstructured data, adapt to workflow exceptions, and execute multi-step decisions autonomously. Recently, I have worked on Agentic Automation for a Tableau dashboard. I revamped my Tableau dashboard and used the Streamlit library to host my dashboard with the incorporated chatbot. It reduced manpower by 50% and made it more efficient than Tableau. Also, the last point: the Tableau license is too costly; after the revamp, we reduced the cost of this project by 80%. More documentation on memory management would be helpful. People are implementing things without doing the validation, and we need to have a controlled environment for agentic automation; otherwise, it would be difficult to sustain. So, more documentation regarding model control and controllable agentic flow would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
