I appreciate their team and their ability to bring our team and their team together to solve problems quickly. They are prompt, efficient, and it's been a great partnership. **What do you dislike about Autofleet?** Currently, we don't have many things that don't work with Autofleet. There are possibly maybe a couple of tweaks in the app on the user experience side that could work, the 30 minute window block. Customers get that confused with the time they have for pickup, but we have made it work through messaging and it has not kept us from scaling and creating a great experience for our customers. **What problems is Autofleet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Autofleet helps us scale our rideshare company quickly, enhancing our team's efficiency and providing a superb customer experience. ### 2. However, there are occasional times where that lack of definition can be frustrating. **What problems is Autofleet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Autofleet is solving downtime, productivity, and NPS related challenges.
