Being able to track trips live, monitor driver activity, and quickly access route information has helped improve communication and accountability across the board. The Platform also makes it much easier to manage large volumes of student transportation data compared to older manual systems. **What do you dislike about Autofleet?** One of the biggest challenges with Autofleet is that the system can feel rigid when dealing with real-world operational issues. In student transportation especially, there are many situations that require quick corrections or adjustments, and some actions, once completed in the system, cannot easily be edited or reversed. That can create extra manual work afterward for payroll, billing, and reporting reconciliation. **What problems is Autofleet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Autofleet is helping solve many of the visibility and coordination challenges that come with managing a large transportation operation. Before implementing systems like this, much of the communication, trip tracking, and reporting relied heavily on manual processes, phone calls, and paper trails. I appreciate their team and their ability to bring our team and their team together to solve problems quickly. They are prompt, efficient, and it's been a great partnership. **What do you dislike about Autofleet?** Currently, we don't have many things that don't work with Autofleet. There are possibly maybe a couple of tweaks in the app on the user experience side that could work, the 30 minute window block. Customers get that confused with the time they have for pickup, but we have made it work through messaging and it has not kept us from scaling and creating a great experience for our customers. **What problems is Autofleet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Autofleet helps us scale our rideshare company quickly, enhancing our team's efficiency and providing a superb customer experience. ### 3.
