The platform is nimble and agile. Its multiple layers of automation and customization make business planning a breeze. The team is great to work with, and support is either available in real time or followed up on promptly when the engineering team needs to get involved. Integrations with other platforms can be handled through out-of-the-box API endpoints, or set up in a more custom way with help from the Autofleet team. The UI is very easy to use, and since the last UI revamp, many of the earlier quirks have been worked out. Even as our operations have scaled, it hasn’t affected our team in any negative way. Performance remains consistent, and any misses are addressed right away by the support team through the integrated chat. AI features are also available to pull quick insights into operations. Overall, our team has seen a strong ROI for the price we pay for the platform, plus API usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Autofleet? Some of the reporting features can be made to work in sync with the platform or be provided as a native UI. A few more user role definitions would help to accommadate different organizational needs. I like the visibility and organization it brings to our operation. Being able to track trips live, monitor driver activity, and quickly access route information has helped improve communication and accountability across the board. What do you dislike about Autofleet? One of the biggest challenges with Autofleet is that the system can feel rigid when dealing with real-world operational issues. In student transportation especially, there are many situations that require quick corrections or adjustments, and some actions, once completed in the system, cannot easily be edited or reversed. Autofleet is helping solve many of the visibility and coordination challenges that come with managing a large transportation operation. Before implementing systems like this, much of the communication, trip tracking, and reporting relied heavily on manual processes, phone calls, and paper trails. Autofleet centralizes that information and gives dispatchers and management real-time insight into routes, driver activity, trip status, and operational performance. I really like the way that Autofleet looks after their customers, ensuring everything is as needed with regular check-ins and 24/7 support. It's comforting to know that if anything goes wrong or I need to ask a question about how to use the system, they are always available. This support helps my business to grow. When customers need something, Autofleet can work on different solutions for it. I appreciate that they are invested in making our business grow, not just looking after their own side. It's like having another business partner alongside to help, as they listen to everything I have to say and come up with solutions and ideas that I might not think of personally. The only thing we've struggled with is the automatic routing because there are a lot of different features in our business that make it tough to use. It works fine with longer delivery windows, but due to the nature of our business, we haven't been able to effectively use it yet. However, Autofleet has always tried to find ways to make it work. The initial setup was challenging because it was over New Year when a lot of people were off work, but with the help of the Autofleet team, it was completed smoothly in the end. There are possibly maybe a couple of tweaks in the app on the user experience side that could work, the 30 minute window block. Customers get that confused with the time they have for pickup, but we have made it work through messaging and it has not kept us from scaling and creating a great experience for our customers.
