The platform is nimble and agile. Its multiple layers of automation and customization make business planning a breeze. The team is great to work with, and support is either available in real time or followed up on promptly when the engineering team needs to get involved. Integrations with other platforms can be handled through out-of-the-box API endpoints, or set up in a more custom way with help from the Autofleet team. The UI is very easy to use, and since the last UI revamp, many of the earlier quirks have been worked out. Even as our operations have scaled, it hasn’t affected our team in any negative way. Performance remains consistent, and any misses are addressed right away by the support team through the integrated chat. AI features are also available to pull quick insights into operations.
