**What do you like best about Auto/Mate?**

User friendly, screens are easy to navigate, and the system runs smoothly

**What do you dislike about Auto/Mate?**

The accounting side of automate was very confusing at first, otherwise no complaints.

**What problems is Auto/Mate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems at this time. Benefits are that it makes the finance department in car dealerships job much easier than prior DMS

**What do you like best about Auto/Mate?**

My favorite thing is the schedule set up for service, once everything has been configured, it's pretty smooth after that.  Doesn't take long to be able to schedule things that would typically take awhile on other programs. 

**What do you dislike about Auto/Mate?**

I dislike how slow the system is... terribly slow.  It takes forever for the page to open once you click on it, and when it opens, it's still a little slow until you're like 15 minutes in.  

**What problems is Auto/Mate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We schedule, clock in, and have an equity system connected to Auto Mate for our dealership.  I've recently had to learn a lot more about the program with a recent promotion and I've realized it does a little more than I originally thought.

**What do you like best about Auto/Mate?**

It is made for dealers, it is very simple to use and easy to understand.  It makes things very simplistic for new employees and others. 

**What do you dislike about Auto/Mate?**

Things can be easily changed which can mess stuff up. We have had issues with accounting being able to change stuff too easily. 

**What problems is Auto/Mate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounting issues that need to be resolved

Most commands are based on Microsoft Office capabilities

Most areas you have to reimput information to get history or vehicle information 

**What problems is Auto/Mate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They added a rental feature making rental car transactions a hit more streamlined
