**What do you like best about AuroCRM?**

It needs to be further developed to meet everyones needs. The CRM functionality does not work and theres a lot to complain about. The documentation also uses some improvement.

**What do you dislike about AuroCRM?**

AuroCRM doesnt provide user customization options and their customer support is also slow in responding. And the customization feature it provides is difficult to use and manage.

**What problems is AuroCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AuroCRM has made managing customer engagement difficult for our business. Its features and interface are not able to monitor customer interactions and manage communication channels poorly. This has decreased customer loyalty.

**What do you like best about AuroCRM?**

AuroCRM is not like typical CRM tools, it has different features like smart add-ons, quick view pop-up alerts, etc. You can also integrate your AuroCRM with web portals.

**What do you dislike about AuroCRM?**

AuroCRM is quite new and needs some development like you can customize It how you want, making it a drawback. people would want to reshape the interface according to their needs which this tool has but this doesn't satisfy everyone's requirement.

**What problems is AuroCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

connecting with web portals instead of just Excel sheets is what my company was looking for. When we found AuroCRM did that, we knew this is where we are investing next. Also smart add-ons are next-gen tools for sales CRM.

**What do you like best about AuroCRM?**

Pretty cool add ons, customers get complete view of their journey (right from first order). 
Effective add ons syncing Google Calendars. Providing feature for fetching important data from LinkedIn like platforms to CRM. A smart CRM solution. Best for team. Addon for e signature i liked. It helps to establish great communication with leaders who can refer to wide range of data using auro CRM and make the critical decisions more wisely.

**What do you dislike about AuroCRM?**

Nothing found to dislike as it provides CRM that's is effective.

**Recommendations to others considering AuroCRM:**

You cango through features on official website. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

**What problems is AuroCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete CRM solution. It has number of necessary add ons that help you to communicate, remember and display key data with graphic rich UI. Video calls, texts, LinkedIn, WhatsApp i.e. customers can be contacted with important platforms. All customer needs is in a place.
