I’ve had a very positive experience using AuditDashboard. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, with a clean, well-thought-out design that makes managing audit requests and tracking status straightforward. It is extremely easy to communicate with clients. Anything we require we upload on the dashboard and send it to them and they get notified and upload the necessary documents

**What do you dislike about AuditDashboard?**

It is not very client friendly. A lot of them struggle to understand how it works. Would prefer that if they get some training on how to use dashboard.

The problem of communication as we dont necessarily have to meet the client to get the information. We have the information we need through them uploading it on dashboard.

**What do you like best about AuditDashboard?**

Ease of use by both client and firm users. It helps to make all parts of the audit more efficient, from planning, execution, and even reviewing the file. It also allows us to roll forward our request lists much quicker, allowing the clients to have access earlier on, which has resulted in earlier uploads. We use it on as many audits as possible.

Nothing that I can think of. Our customer support rep always responds to issues identified quickly.

Simple and affordable, with an easy setup for adding both clients and professionals. The reps are quick to respond and are easy to reach whenever I need help.

It can feel a bit clunky at times, but overall it’s fine.

SFTP is necessary for most, if not all, of our clients. AuditDashboard provides that service at a good cost and in a user-friendly environment, which makes it easy for us to support client needs.

**What do you like best about AuditDashboard?**

Audit Dashboard is a practical tool that allows all members of the engagement team to easily track the process of client requests. The integration process was smooth with a trial run being undertaken before the full use of the system. Our team has commented on numerous occasions how appreciate they are for the quick response time of audit dashboard (a significant improvement from the old system we were using). Audit Dashboard has also developed and implemented multiple suggestions we have suggested which is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about AuditDashboard?**

The main downside of Audit Dashboard has been that the weekly status email notifications can often get ignored by client and staff due to the repetitiveness of these emails.

**What problems is AuditDashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through having the request lists for all engagements on a centralised request management system, allows better organisation and traceability of requests. There is also improved client experience, with a structured request list of what's needed, who the request is allocated to and when the request is required to be delivered by.

Unable to sort requests based on returned, submitted and pending. There used to be a sort function that would allow all similar requests to line up.

The dashboard and reporting feature are head and shoulders above what we've used in the past. It enables us to see quickly not only what remains outstanding from our request list, but also provides key metrics to improve client relations and our own performance.

We haven't encountered any issues with it

Our two previous file sharing and client request list services did not sufficiently allow us to manage our engagements.  One became glitchy and the other's reporting feature was not robust. We considered several solutions and AuditDashboard fulfilled all of our requirements.  This is the first time that all of our associates are completely satisfied with the FTP/list management service.

It is nice to have an organized approach to client requests items. It has proven helpful for both staff and clients.

**What do you dislike about AuditDashboard?**

If there could be more flexibility with who has access to what dashboards and how you would make changes in bulk would be most helpful. Also, if there was a way to only restrict users on the client side of things without impacting the professional staff that would be helpful. I'd love to be able to sort it by completion percentage or to have some ability to track work flow in the system. The snap shots are helpful but at times not enough. On the topic of snap shots, it would be great if we could get a snap shot of comments left in each dashboard or even how many comments/notes a client has left in a dashboard within our emailed weekly/daily notices that would be helpful.

**What problems is AuditDashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organized approach to client request lists. Notifications to clients on what is still outstanding. Reporting for tracking purposes on status of each dashboard.

**What do you like best about AuditDashboard?**

Able to easily navigate the site, I.e., add an engagement, client and professional users, add/delete requests. Categorizing requests by reference is a good feature. Adding comments is helpful.

**What do you dislike about AuditDashboard?**

When a client uploads additional information to a request after initially submitting something, a notification is not sent to us. 

Also, sometimes a document can be uploaded to a request, and the request status stays at outstanding vs submitted.

When a client just adds a comment to a request vs uploading something, sometimes those are missed until later or we may think that the item is outstanding but really is N/A for the engagement or the client needs clarification on the request. It would be nice to add a sort of "help me" status to a request for clients to use, so we can address those quicker to lessen the time items are outstanding.

**What problems is AuditDashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Audit Dashboard, we used ShareFile. Nothing against ShareFile, but it was harder with it to know what audit documents were provided and what was not as clients could upload all requests in one "batch". With Dashboard, we can check the status of requests to better serve our clients as documents are categorized by audit area, I.e., cash, revenue, expenses, etc.

Very efficient in getting all the information to the whole audit team at the same time

Has been a key part in streamlining inforamtion requests and improving the quality of clients experiences during the audit

Client feedback on the ease of use as well as a single source of truth has been excellent

We have had very very few instances where we need to contact customer support

Have used the reporting for debriefing with clients to improve the way the audit is conducted in future years

**What do you dislike about AuditDashboard?**

Nothing to report at this time, we would seek to report any feedback in real time.

Quality and consistency of user requests

Efficiency in compliling requests and stopping a bottleneck (which used to be the lead auditor/client contact's email inbox).

Greatly improved information security by getting audits out of email

The only thing I dislike is the "accepted" function as some clients think the audit work has been done when it really hasn't.

The ability to easily on-board our audit clients and tailor the requests we make. 
Additionally the actual front dashboard and how it visualises where all the jobs are up to.
The customer support team have been very helpful in our first year using the software.

There are some features we are hoping will be implemented such as the ability to upload full folder attachments rather than just the documents within a folder

We moved to AuditDashboard around 4 years ago as a way to manage our client request documentation, and move away from SharePoint. The product allows us to easily send and monitor requests, and allows a secure way for our clients to easily drag and drop items we need. We use the product for all engagements large and small.

There may be impacts on some clients who don't like ongoing reminders about overdue items.

Their service, functionalities and ease of use. The system is intuitive and easy for clients. It makes communication easier. It was very easy to implement and customer support has been prompt.

nothing much really, can be prettier in terms of custom color themes

Our Audit group adopted AuditDashboard in 2015, and using it to request information from and communicate with our clients has become an integral part of our daily workflow. We love that all our client information is secure, organized and in one location.

No complaints! The staff at Audit Dashboard are very responsive. The development team at Audit Dashboards continue to add features that we didn't even know we needed.

The automated notifications prevent us from having to chase clients as much or worry that an email was missed or not forwarded to the audit team by the manager/partner.  Having all the audit information centralized and updated in real-time has been a game-changer in efficiency and organization plus allows managers/partners to stay involved in the flow of work to staff/seniors.

We evaluated many options, and of all the applications we looked at, AuditDashboard stood out. It's intuitive and straightforward to use. We were able to get things set up and running in a relatively short period.

One of the other solutions we evaluated had live chat support; however, after using AuditDashboard for six months, it's not necessary. We've only had one or two questions, and their support team has been so responsive it felt like a chat.

Sign up for a demo! The software is so intuitive that once you see it in action, you'll see the advantages.
