**What do you like best about Audience Republic?**

Honestly? As a promoter working across multiple genres, states and countries – not much. I can see how it may be beneficial for single city venues, but that's it.

**What do you dislike about Audience Republic?**

Poor customer service and communication.

**What problems is Audience Republic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost none. They consistently promise fixes are coming, but they never do – that's been happening for over two years.

**What do you like best about Audience Republic?**

Really strong CRM, email marketing and SMS capabilities. Also their pre-sale registration platform is super powerful for tours and festivals.

**What do you dislike about Audience Republic?**

I would like to see more integrations built in.

**What problems is Audience Republic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unique CRM and event marketing designed for the artist, tour and festivals that is helping achieve higher ticket sales and quicker.
