Facing some random performance issues and downtimes we could not really dig into, we used Atatus to unlock situations without any time consumed by configuration or tweaking: you install the agent, set the configuration values on your host, and you're good to go.
The way it displays information is clear, simple, and results in a massive gain of time. Of course you could use some other tools, self-hosted, but the time spent configuring these can be a real loss for your business.
