With Atatus we were able to pinpoint exactly what wrong, and after a fix, we saw the speed improvements right away on the performance charts. And the installation was so easy that my first thought was: "And that's it? It can't be that easy!" I definitely recommend trying it. They give you 2 weeks free trial (no card), that's enough to love it. **What do you dislike about Atatus?** I wish there was a per-request billing, so the small businesses (like ours) can pay relatively to visitors amount (ignoring crawlers and bots, of course). And having some bundle discount when purchasing 2 or more products together would be nice. There are not a lot of companies that put so many energy with talking with customer. Joe from their service is really fast and solve any problem very quickly. My use of case was out of ordinary and we had problems at the beginning but once we fixed that issue the service was very good to use. I had before newrelic and stackify and i can honestly say that Atatus compared to those two is leader ! Leader in pricing and user interface and ability to drill down to the problem ! **What do you dislike about Atatus?** Would be nice if the pricing for service would be based on usage along with setting what % of events i would like to keep in order to match my budget. Also real time php logs would be nice feature. We compared this tool against Datadog, Scout and New Relic. We can definitely say that Atatus stands out! Atatus is easy to install, the interface is very intuitive and their support is superb. I ran into a few issues (user error, no bugs) and their support immediately replied with recommendations. **What do you dislike about Atatus?** The pricing model is a bit confusing (host-based). When you are running an autoscaled service you can't really calculate how much it will cost beforehand. I think that it would be nice if it would usage-based (number of requests). Since working with them we've seen a few features that we've requested that are now in production. **What do you dislike about Atatus?** More granular reporting would be nice. For example, we now have the ability to breakdown metrics by country, but it would be valuable to have metrics by city. All of this is provided with a beautiful UI to help navigate through these details so you can quickly locate, track, and resolve the errors. While their product is nothing short of awesome, their customer service is top tier and likely some of the best support I've received from any company. More than once I've emailed asking if they had a specific feature to be told that no, but two days later I'd receive an email letting me know that they've built and implemented that feature. **What do you dislike about Atatus?** There seems to be a little delay in when the errors happen versus when they appear on the Atatus dashboard, but that isn't really a problem as this should be used for error catching, especially in production, and not trying to use it to debug while developing it. **What problems is Atatus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Detecting and logging JS errors and environmental information for both web and phone apps. This allows us to detect problems and dig into the problem to find out more about how, where, and when it's happening. ### 21. The Real User Monitoring helps me get steps to reproduce. I can also send custom data for more information about my errors. On top of that, integrating it with Angularjs is a piece of cake. **What do you dislike about Atatus?** There is no way to setup php error tracking for users of microsoft server who are not using a php framework. **What problems is Atatus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are tracking errors, and bug fixing before the client knows about it. ### 37. Utilizing source maps to take us directly to the line of the error is very helpful. We also like the ability to open an issue in Jira from the Atatus site is awesome as well. ### 39.
