The downsides of AT&T Office@Hand was the customer service. Though the product was easy to use, if there was an issue that needed additional support, AT&T was not helpful in providing solutions. You can get rid of your landlines. If you are using AT&T as your company Cell provider, you can quickly transfer your landline and fax numbers to your cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That you can hear well, you can see the others if you choose to and that you can plan a meeting ahead of time and not need that the other will have the application as well i order for them to join. Also that you can add people with their phone as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
