AT&T Office@Hand was easy to use and manage. The software displayed everything on the screen and left little to figure out on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AT&T Office@Hand? The downsides of AT&T Office@Hand was the customer service. Though the product was easy to use, if there was an issue that needed additional support, AT&T was not helpful in providing solutions. The customer service reps were overseas and were hard to understand and could not understand me either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The problem Office@Hand solved was providing all staff with private extensions without having to purchase different phone lines. Also, all phone extensions could be managed under one account. I like that I can use the office at hand platform from anywhere on any of my devices. Everything I need is right at my fingertips.
