Everything. I receive no assistance. I leave message after message regarding assistance and I rarely receive or never receive a response. For example, I requested a copy of an employees application summary for over two months now and I receive no assistance, only that they can view it and I cannot. So I asked for a copy......crickets. However, my co-worker receives responses in five minutes. I receive no assistance.,or I receive a screenshot picture and am left to figure things out by myself.
