It also communicates directly with our ATS and enhances the value of the service by allowing the exact compliance requirements needed for each candidate. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** There are times the verification or customer service agents don't know the answer or solution, and I have to escalate to our CSM for a resolution, but this is not often. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mitratech AssureHire helps solve escalations like rushing background checks, verifying education and employment, and ensuring timely OHS results, enhancing candidate compliance through direct ATS communication. ### 2. We look at it as better safe than sorry at this point. It's only a few and is a very minor inconvenience. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us hire better employees who are more closely fit to the values of our company. There is nothing but terrible things about AssureHire! **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** EVERYTHING! AssureHire has hands down the worst customer service ever, along with the worst background check I have ever seen run. A background check ran on a recent employe revealed a clear background. However when the new hire started it was revealed that another current employee knew of this individual and upon looking further they had Felony charges on their background check that AssureHire missed. When reaching out to the Customer Support Manager, I was informed that only the names matched and only partial DOB and SSN so they marked the report as invalid. When questioned further on why they didnt further investigate if they got partial matches and call the county in reference with finalized charges. The CSM informed me that they have a service we can purchase where it will ask the canddiate to disclose any criminal activity. WHY should we pay for a service beyond the background check we are already paying for when AssureHire failed to do thie job and reach out to the court to confirm the validity of the partial match of the individual. DON NOT USE THEM EVER! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** NONE AT ALL ### 5. It helps us choose the most perfect employees for our requirement and is trustable. It is truly the path to success and increases the on-boarding time. The checks that it does are accurate and is not time consuming at all as it takes at maximum 24 hours to produce the results. It works not only on desktop but also as a mobile application so you can use it anytime and anywhere. There is no need of uploading the employee information by yourself but AssureHire does it itself by loading it to the candidate profile. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** Honestly with AssureHire there were hardly anytime where we faced problems or where it wasn't solved. I had a positive experience with it so to write about any complaints will be a stretch. Its one of the few softwares which only have advantages which is kind of hard to find these days. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech AssureHire:** AssureHire is a fast and reliable system that proved to be a useful purchase. Due to its accurate checks I strongly suggest this to everyone. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer service was also caring and friendly to work with.It saved us a lot of time and we spent this time doing something else useful so it helped our business grow. AssureHire has increased our onboarding time. We used to take forever to get reference checks, and AssureHire has a very quick turnaround time for reference checks. Again, the data autofills into our ATS, so manually downloading and uploading data has been removed. ### 13. Once the report is completed, it loads into our candidate's information.
