Most importantly, their customer service is exceptional, responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** Honestly, there is very little I would change about the product. It has been a valuable tool for our team, and the features we rely on work well. With a lean team, my time each work day is a precious commodity. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** Currently, I dislike the length of time it takes to complete a background check for candidates. When candidates upload documents, while an order is in process, I am also unable to view them, in case I wanted to get ahead in my processes. The support from their agents is also "clunky" in that you can't just call and speak to someone about an adjustment or note. We are also dealing with integration issues between our platforms, where AssureHire is scraping more info than needed for candidates. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving some of our time management needs by handling the background checks, especially when we may be busy. However, some of the time this is also creating problems for us, when we need to follow up. The ROI has not been as good as we would like. ### 3. Their reports are very accurate and consistently provide us with the information we need. AssureHire integrated easily with our HRIS. The pricing is average for what you get. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** Support is just okay. AssureHire wouldn’t change anything on the reference forms to better meet our needs, which has been frustrating. The reports can also be confusing to read at times, and I think it would help if they revamped how the information is presented so it’s clearer and easier to follow. They also have a very defined process for checking licenses, but it’s simply not helpful for me in healthcare. I’ve even suggested an easier way to handle it, and they still refuse. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using AssureHire, we handled our own background checks. You really get your money's worth when investing in AssureHire! **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** I have no complaints about the services offered through AssureHire **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to seamlessly integrate our ATS with AssureHire which has helped a lot with our TA initiatives as we no longer have to access a separate system to run background checks. It integrates nicely with our HRIS platform, and it’s easy to find past background checks that have been completed—not just mine. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** I’m not sure there’s anything I dislike, mainly because I haven’t been using it for a full year yet. It’s only been a few months, but so far it’s been better than other platforms. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run background checks for all of our new hires, but I wasn’t there during the initial implementation. It integrates directly with our ATS, which allows for quick post-offer screenings, real-time monitoring, and compliance with FICRA, other legal releases, and the Adverse Action process. Overall, the pricing is competitive and the support team’s response time is great. There have been a few clunky parts during our implementation, but the team has worked with us to get through the kinks as quickly as possible. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** There are a few things we still have to reach out to support for, such as reissuing an expired drug screen or adjusting the date window. It would be much nicer if we could handle these tasks ourselves instead of having to submit a ticket each time. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped get us into compliance, and it’s a one-stop shop for all of our nationwide background check and drug screen needs. The system works well for what we need. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving our hiring process. By integrating with our recruiting system we are able to initiate backgrounds from within the recruitment portal and update all hiring managers along the way whether we choose to decline a candidate, schedule interview, review reference or send offer letter. Many items which we had to do outside of the previous HRIS system we used. ### 9. I like being able to do the reports in a nice detailed manner. And for the most part, I like the quick response times on supporting, like, MVRs being reran and background checks. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** I think there is a problem with getting the results from the clinic sometimes. A lot of drug tests that aren't completed end up canceled. A lot of DOT physicals take a water report, which is frustrating. Sometimes, there's plenty of DOT physicals that get completed to cancel the system, and that's a pain to work around. Manually scheduling screenings and setting locations is a pain, and I have to call the team for more issues than I wish I had to. **What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Mitratech AssureHire to keep candidate profiles organized. The support team is great for occupational health and medicine. It helps with detailed reporting and responds quickly for MVRs and background checks. ### 10. I appreciate how it allows users to easily select their own drug testing facility and sets up the drug test in a fast and easy way, reducing wait times and speeding up employment processes. The way it processes backgrounds helps a ton too. I really like the response rate of their customer service team and their eagerness to help out. My favorite feature would be the easy and accessible dashboard that lets me search and review backgrounds and drug tests easily. Switching to Mitratech AssureHire from a third party has created a faster and simpler process for us. Though it took a bit to get used to initially, after learning, it became a breeze. **What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?** Well right now we have an issue with our W4 not displaying NRA when a candidate is a non resident alien. This has been an issue for about 5 months now.
