Using Mitratech AssureHire is most helpful in that it relieves me of the burden of investigating each aspect of a candidate's background, which can sometimes be quite time consuming. Currently, I dislike the length of time it takes to complete a background check for candidates. When candidates upload documents, while an order is in process, I am also unable to view them, in case I wanted to get ahead in my processes. The support from their agents is also "clunky" in that you can't just call and speak to someone about an adjustment or note. The integration into Paylocity is extremely helpful. It offers a seamless execution for background checks during the talent acquisition process. The interface is user friendly and straightforward; if not a little simplistic. The system preforms with great speed and consistency. Being able to fully conduct background checks online is a tremendous boon for our associates. This entire process saves us a tremendous amount of time, including their adverse action policy and execution in the event a background check yields results that warrant such response. The pricing is very competitive per background check as well as the driver checks. Support is timely and helpful in the few times that I've contacted them for assistance. The only downside is that the interface does feel a little bit outdated, and it's not terrifically intuitive to track down where your bills are and how to pay them. What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you? Mitratech AssureHire provide the tools necessary to conduct the adverse action process when we need to take that action. It makes the process incredibly easy and removes the stress that one would typically face otherwise. On top of that, being fully online allows candidates to initiate the background check as soon as the action is initiated on our end. This gives us tremendous time savings in the onboarding process. AssureHire wouldn’t change anything on the reference forms to better meet our needs, which has been frustrating. The reports can also be confusing to read at times, and I think it would help if they revamped how the information is presented so it’s clearer and easier to follow. They also have a very defined process for checking licenses, but it’s simply not helpful for me in healthcare. I’ve even suggested an easier way to handle it, and they still refuse. Overall, the pricing is competitive and the support team’s response time is great. I like that the system is easy to use and swiftly provides updates. Customer support is always ready to assist and the response time is prompt. It is solving our hiring process. By integrating with our recruiting system we are able to initiate backgrounds from within the recruitment portal and update all hiring managers along the way whether we choose to decline a candidate, schedule interview, review reference or send offer letter. I like the support team the most for the occupational health and medicine. I like being able to do the reports in a nice detailed manner. And for the most part, I like the quick response times on supporting, like, MVRs being reran and background checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire? I think there is a problem with getting the results from the clinic sometimes. A lot of drug tests that aren't completed end up canceled. A lot of DOT physicals take a water report, which is frustrating. Sometimes, there's plenty of DOT physicals that get completed to cancel the system, and that's a pain to work around. Manually scheduling screenings and setting locations is a pain, and I have to call the team for more issues than I wish I had to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
