Some good historical features have not carried over to updated ways of working and people who continue to use older systems within Assignar, because a change to the newer ways would mean loss of productivity, are missing out off all the new developments and improvements of the new versions. At this time Assignar continues to surpass our expectations, everytime we have something we wish assignar could do they are right around the corner with an update or solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is incredible and the whole flow of the software is the best out there.

We looked for a time tracking software for years and never found anything that complimented our workflows.

We found Assignar and they were able to meet almost all our needs right out of the box.

They also have an API we utiliize with our ERP, Vista. So, when we load a new employee, equipment, or project, Assignar automatically updates. While their API documentation is great, they will of course not write your API code for you, so if you don't know how to- like we did. You may have to hire a third party to build your side of the API (well worth it).

Insights, their reporting section, offers incredible data visibility and some truly smart reports if you take the time to learn it.

Sometimes, the support can be too slow to take care of pressing issues.

While Insights gives you truly next-level visibility on your data, it is a software to learn in itself. If you have the time to learn it, it is amazing but can be very daunting at first.

The forms not being able to pull in all available resources (like materials, phases, etc.) and having no custom calculation fields has really hindered us in replacing our current time tracking software completely. So, we really haven't saved any money by using Assignar yet. However, the product team and engineering listen to their customers and have already added other features we've requested (in a very short turnaround time) so I have high hopes for this.

The customer support is amazing! Most of the program is very simple. There were a few places that needed a little extra clarification, but customer service was easily accessible with fast responses to help get it figured out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be very helpful if there was a geotag option that made it a requirement to be in a certain area to clock in. This would decrease the workers ability of "riding the clock." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Assignar is helping us streamline our field operations. We can now assign workers to jobs based on qualifications and get real time job analytics to see small issues before they become big ones. We have a gap of time until our ERP is finished, so Assignar is manual for us right now. Having to input all of our workers and jobs manually is time consuming, so I would recommend having a system ready to automatically feed the data into Assignar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
