What do you like best about Assignar?

Having everything in one system is really helpful - people, assets, forms, dockets, etc. Only needing to open one application each day is the goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assignar?

Processes are quite cumbersome. The systems are there but they haven't always been analysed from an end user perspective - it's 80% of the way there but some small tweaks would make it so much easier. Dealing with Form results and statuses is clumsy and slow - you have to deal with each result individually even if they all relate to the same thing. Adding documents to attach to forms feels clunky. Not being able to apply figures to resources means costing needs to be done on excel although all of the info is already in Assignar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also really appreciate the honest feedback on Forms workflows and document handling. Margin control is a major area of focus for us, and we’re continuing to invest in better costing, job financials and visibility so customers can manage more of that workflow directly in Assignar rather than relying on spreadsheets.

What do you like best about Assignar?

Assignar continues to offer real account management support, and excellent follow through from support. We were one of the first to use Assignar, 2019 from memory. One of the best aspects have been to have all information in one place, updated HS certificates, client rate cards. However thats from a senior administrator perspective. For the team it has been intelligent scheduling that is integrated to real reporting. Whether it be asset utilisation, productivity, amount of down time. We are able to build extensive CRM type records with the journal and document features within client cards. We are not resistant to moving platforms, each year we compare with other products, Assignar continues to win hands down for cost effectiveness and a simple user friendly work space that everyone on the team can grasp. What do you dislike about Assignar?

Assignar did not make our other platforms as easy to use! We have persisted with clunky fleet tracking Aps as thats all the market offers. After Assignar our tolerance for clutter and restrictions and a lack of intuitive logic has withered! Meaning, we would love to integrate Assignar more with other Apps, but due to other things taking time to keep up we are using Assignar in a silo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assignar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had extensive support with Insights. The support team have persisted with challenges we have set out. That benefits me as I am able to generate reports that I have been able to imagine, then see evolve. Not many things get taken to production. No true corrective action reporting available. Inspections are set up to show that a hazard was found and then it was able to be resolved with photos or evidence in a given time frame. The current process is just to override what was wrong and make it right. That is not good for ISO audits to show hazards are being identified and managed. Thats my biggest dislike. We’re actively building better support for corrective-action reporting and HSEQ workflows in Assignar Pay, which has evolved significantly since you last saw it. Our new Form Builder allows forms to be divided into sections with different visibility and editing permissions. For example, a worker can complete the on-site section, while an admin can review and complete follow-up actions, creating a much clearer record of the full issue lifecycle.

Assignar's UI is incredibly easy to understand/use. Someone who is brand new to our business can typically understand the platform quite easily, and then just needs to overlay our business processes with that knowledge. Can be cumbersome to new employees to learn and quirky at times. We also have to set up each person's account and filters etc. individually, it would be helpful if we could copy the access and parameters of another user when setting up a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to more easily see the current and future schedule for jobs and crew as well as company equipment. Our crew are able to enter and track time for jobs with supervisors approval, and we can view change logs on time entry. "Easy Field Reporting with Responsive Assignar Support"

Assignar is relatively easy to navigate and covers what I need from field reports which helps controlling remote/field issues more efficiently. also had an issue logging into the mobile app and the Assignar support team were very efficient and focused on resolving my issue.
