What do you like best about ASL Consulting Human Capital Management?

It can perform all HR functions from defining organization structure, managing workforce to employee expenses, reimbursements and payroll. It even has a built-in chat and helpdesk system to resolve all the grievances. Under defining organization structure, It automatically picks who is my management so the payroll, attendance and expenses can be allocated accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ASL Consulting Human Capital Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

All HR Business problems are solved at a one-stop solution. I especially like attendance management where I can plan my leaves well in advance and notification gets sent to the manager directly to approve on the portal.
