**What do you like best about Askeal?**

The combination of cybersecurity-focused AI with real sources and community expertise. I can investigate something and quickly get useful context without opening a lot of different tabs or tools. The fact that I can see where the information takes me to decision faster

**What do you dislike about Askeal?**

I’d like to see the knowledge base and integrations continue to expand.

**What problems is Askeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Askeal helps me reduce the time I spend searching across different tools, vendor pages and documentation when I’m investigating security or IT issues. I work mainly in SOC but also handle a lot of general IT tasks, so I often need to understand alerts, IPs, vulnerabilities or technical problems quickly.

It brings the relevant context and sources together in one place, which helps me understand what I’m looking at faster and decide what to check or do next.
