**What do you like best about Ascora?**

Ascora is very much a user friendly platform. It allows for easy integration of works, quotations, jobs. It provides a very accurate profit and loss for all jobs and works completed. I very much appreciate that in most areas in Ascora, you can add notes/comments so all employees can be across the product. This is an easy platform to train and teach to employees, and we use this 24/7 hours a day.

**What do you dislike about Ascora?**

There is some clunky sections in attaching documents in Ascora. I also find the customer support is slow (i only ever requested support once but did not receive it for a wehile).

**What problems is Ascora solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ascora benefits us by being our one location for all employee and client communications and scheduling of works.

**What do you like best about Ascora?**

Its quite intuitive and functional. API's into our accounting software (Xero) relatively well. Bug fixes often and updates are fairly regular.

**What do you dislike about Ascora?**

Very difficult to get support or additional features added.

**What problems is Ascora solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They generally fix bugs and provide updates but there is not much communication or support when required.
