It generates answers faster and produces higher-quality outputs for standalone questions, which means less manual cleanup and a quicker turnaround on RFPs. **What do you dislike about Arphie?** Quick feedback after connecting the Arphie MCP server with Claude in the terminal. Setup: Connection to Arphie MCP was successful. Test query: Asked who is assigned to all "In Progress" tickets for the Evenerece project in Arphie. Results: Ticket count for In Progress tickets was correct. Assignee name was incorrect — it returned "Todd Wheeler" instead of the correct assignee, "Meredith McEneaney." Response time was noticeably slower than expected. Instead of spending days manually hunting through documents, copying and pasting, and rewording answers for large RFPs, the team can use Arphie to pull from multiple sources and generate responses that feel thoughtful and tailored to the customer. It has turned a very admin-heavy, low-value task into a much more efficient and strategic process, allowing our SEs to focus on the work they do best. The other standout for me is the Arphie team itself — the level of support and partnership has been exceptional. **What do you dislike about Arphie?** Very little to dislike. Usually any improvements that I suggest are added to the platform very quickly **What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arphie solves a major efficiency problem for our Solutions Engineering team by reducing the time spent on large, admin-heavy RFPs and questionnaires. Before Arphie, responding to these could take 1–2 full days of manual work, with SEs searching across multiple documents, copying and pasting answers, and rewording content for different customers. I also like point to knowledge material where it lives rather than maintaining in a KB somewhere (although we do both). It helps eliminate drift from or own product as it continues to evolve. If I was to move companies, I'd recommend that company to integrate Arphie into it. **What do you dislike about Arphie?** The least helpful thing about Arphie is that it's not mobile native yet. Arphie is significantly easier to moderate content (taking my team a lot less time) as it uses more advanced and modern technology to read from existing data sources. They’ve saved us countless hours by automatically syncing hundreds of files that we used to manually upload in other systems to keep updated. When we used to fill out RFPs and Security Questionnaires, it would take several hours just to do a first pass with our existing repository of RFP questions and answers. In Arphie, we can upload our RFP, autogenerate answers in minutes and now we just spend some time reviewing the answers and making small tweaks as needed. This has drastically reduced the time and effort required to complete these RFPs. **What do you dislike about Arphie?** So far, these have been very few and far between. The team is extremely responsive and if we do identify the rare bug or small issue, they usually resolve it the same day. **What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Arphie, we had to sift through completed questions/answers and support pages for our platform to be able to answer these questions. Many times we had to separate if the question is about our company and the internal governance or our platform. This was very tricky for the team as we had to look into various locations to get these answers. Arphie automatically pulls information from our internal governance articles, security teams, product support pages and our marketing content. We can tag questions to ensure the correct information is used and then within a minute or two, the entire questionnaire or RFP is filled out.
