I find Arphie incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making my first project experience smooth. The ability to handle bid management projects by importing documents, using the library and knowledge base to auto-generate answers, and exporting them is invaluable. It saves us time and helps in creating accurate documents collaboratively. I appreciate the searchable knowledge base, which offers ease when answering general questions or filling out questionnaires. The abundance of features available isn't overwhelming and provides many methods for team collaboration. I also value the dashboard for tracking project progress, the ease of searching the library outside projects, and the customizable aspects of Arphie. The AI integration is a standout, offering improved functionality over our previous tool, Loopio, and lets us search a library outside of projects, which is a significant improvement. As a new user to Arphie, I haven't encountered many issues so far. There was a slight hiccup with a persistent pop-up when I was selecting reviewers. I'm not sure if it was a mistake on my end or just unfamiliarity with the process. Aside from that, it seems pretty smooth. The interface is highly intuitive, and the answer quality from the AI has been very impressive thus far. The onboarding experience was very quick and easy on our end, so we were able to get rolling in the platform in almost no time, and support has been incredibly quick whenever I've had questions. What I like best about Arphie is the amount of time it gives back to our Solutions Engineering team while still producing high-quality, customer-facing responses. Instead of spending days manually hunting through documents, copying and pasting, and rewording answers for large RFPs, the team can use Arphie to pull from multiple sources and generate responses that feel thoughtful and tailored to the customer. It has turned a very admin-heavy, low-value task into a much more efficient and strategic process, allowing our SEs to focus on the work they do best. I love Arphie's AI answer element that gives me a solid foundational answer to questions, which I can then build on. This feature is fantastic because it provides accurate responses to RFI questions, allowing me to focus on more complex inquiries and saving me a lot of time. I also enjoy the browser extension, which I frequently use for specific questions related to internal security or product issues. This has greatly improved our internal process for RFIs, RFPs, and Security Questionnaires. Additionally, the integration with our internal knowledge base means the AI provides intelligent answer suggestions based on current information, which is super helpful. Setting up Arphie was easy. Arphie has lots to love including it's easy and intuitive means of ingesting new proposals. I also like point to knowledge material where it lives rather than maintaining in a KB somewhere (although we do both). It helps eliminate drift from or own product as it continues to evolve. I like Arphie for its easily manageable UI and constant product updates. The automated selection of Q&A pairs is a huge time saver for multiple teams.
