Very intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to set up. I can’t imagine a quicker TMS to learn, yet it still has all the features we wanted. The accounting aspects are amazing and have dramatically cut down the time we spend on that. I finally have a TMS that can handle everything within itself, without the need to send data externally. Great reporting features. The team at ARK is very easy to get in touch with and they receptive to tweaks/additions to make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ARK TMS? The only thing I can think of is they might not have everyone's specific integrations but I know they are working on them. So it's just a matter of time I'm sure. There's literally nothing I miss from our old TMS. And we do not have to "pipe" load data externally anymore for anything - i.e billing, remittance, reporting.
