## About aReception
aReception automates EHS and contractor management for industrial sites. Every external contractor registers online, exchanges site risks with you, completes safety training in 9 languages on their own phone, and checks in at a kiosk at your gate in under 30 seconds. When an evacuation is triggered, your dispatcher opens the portal, sees every person on site, and sends an SMS with an evacuation map and a confirmation button to each one. The system covers the full contractor lifecycle without paperwork. Phase 1, before arrival: the contractor registers in the aReception portal, uploads company details, contacts, certificates, and the documents you require. You approve or send back for revision. You then send your site risks; the contractor sends the risks tied to their activity. Both sides sign electronically and the signed version is stored for audit. You invite a specific worker through a digital invitation that links to online EHS training. The worker completes the training on their phone in one of 9 languages and signs electronically, finished before they arrive. Phase 2, on arrival: the worker reaches the kiosk, scans a QR invitation or an ID card. The system verifies identity, fills in missing information, and lets them through. Optionally the kiosk issues an access card for the turnstile. The shift supervisor sees who is on site in real time. If the worker has not completed online training, the kiosk does not let them through; they complete it at the kiosk in 5 to 10 minutes and proceed without involving the EHS technician.
