Phase 1, before arrival: the contractor registers in the aReception portal, uploads company details, contacts, certificates, and the documents you require. You approve or send back for revision. You then send your site risks; the contractor sends the risks tied to their activity. Both sides sign electronically and the signed version is stored for audit. You invite a specific worker through a digital invitation that links to online EHS training. The worker completes the training on their phone in one of 9 languages and signs electronically, finished before they arrive. Phase 2, on arrival: the worker reaches the kiosk, scans a QR invitation or an ID card. The system verifies identity, fills in missing information, and lets them through.
