Truly, I have not experienced a downside. The only thing I could say here is that we have a version of Mimecast that is not integratabtle, but I am not sure the is Arctic Wolf's fault as much as Mimecasts! The biggest problem Arctic Wolf is solving for us is bringing all the data into one place and correlating it all together to give us the big picture of what might or is going on in our environment.
